My dad keeps telling me that all I need to do to end my financial woes is come up with that New York Times bestseller. The hard part is getting the idea. Can't write about adolescent wizards or vampires.... The popular pendulum has swung from sci fi to fantasy, and I've always liked sci fi anyway. Someone's already fictionalized Church history. I hate writing straight romances. Ick.
Stephen King writes his nightmares. Well, I had a doozy last night. Maybe that's what I should do, huh? Write my nightmares.
